MIND FULL  VS  MINDFUL

Through years we collect ideas, goals, plans, preferences, opinions, to-do lists, issues, or challenges which make us feel:

-  Overwhelmed

- Unhappy or stressed

- Distracted by surroundings

- Others' are at fault

- Unproductive or not having enough time

- Worry about future or past

A conscious or mindful mind makes us feel:

- Elevated

- Focused

- Calm

- Controlled

- Relaxed

- Aware

- Happier

- Grateful

- Alive in the present moment

ABOUT MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, body sensations, and surrounding environments, without judging them, through a gentle, nurturing lens. It is the state of consciousness.

Mindfulness for Young Minds

We are born purely mindful, so children are the most present beings. They don’t hold anything in their minds. However, when they start growing their minds start to get fuller and fuller, and that capacity of being present starts fading.

Through mindfulness we can create habits with our children that bring attention and awareness to themselves, their bodies, their emotions, their own thoughts and own feelings.
